For a more hands-off experience, our Signature Full Service Design Package is the ultimate solution. We manage every detail from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless process and delivering the home of your dreams—without the stress.
In our up to 2-hour in-home or virtual consultation, we'll provide valuable feedback and creative ideas tailored to your project. From there, you can choose to tackle the project yourself (DIY), or opt to book us to handle it for you.
Our curated kitchen is the answer to your kitchen renovation stress. You get a designer kitchen, drawings, all the finish selections and we take care of all the trades for you. A complete start-to-finish solution to get you your dream kitchen without the headaches.

04. Installation & Styling
As the work begins to take shape, our team stays on top of every detail. While trades and vendors are busy at your home, we oversee the installation, answer any questions, and ensure everything is coming together as planned. Once the construction is complete, we start arranging furnishings and styling to transform your space into the home you've envisioned.

With the design finalized, we move into the implementation phase. This is where the magic happens behind the scenes. We take care of all the ordering, scheduling, and coordination of trades to bring the project to life.
02. Design Development
Once we’ve finalized the concept together, the design development phase begins—the fun part! We’ll share a full presentation featuring all the drawings, materials, and finishes, bringing your vision to life in vivid detail.
01. Concept
Once you’ve signed the agreement, we roll up our sleeves and get to work on creating a home you’ll love. We begin by preparing a concept design, which we’ll present to you for feedback before moving on to the design development phase.
What is your fee structure?
Our project fees start at $6000.00 and go up from there depending on size and scope of the project. Once we have determined the scope of work, we will prepare a detailed proposal which will include a breakdown of our fees.
Do you offer free consultations?
We offer a complimentary discovery call to get to know you and tell you about us. Once we know if we are a good fit, the next step is our in-Home Design consultation which is a paid service.
Can we get your “trade discount”?
Our goal at ADI is to provide our clients with the best possible design and experience, to do this we have our valued trade partners. The goal of a “trade discount” is to allow us to purchase the project on our client’s behalf and be able to sell to them at a “better than retail price point”. To make sure we are a profitable company that can continue to grow and offer the best possible services we are not able to extend the pricing we receive, as there is a cost involved in us taking responsibility for the purchases and providing our clients a warranty and standing behind the product/ service.
Can we buy our own furniture and décor?
At ADI we want you to have the best experience possible, so we take the burden of ordering and managing deliveries etc off our clients hands. To provide a streamlined service where everyone is on the same page, we take care of all the orders so there is no question of who is doing what/ when.

Do you work with certain size project budgets?
We work with various budgets, depending on your scope. We love to start with a call to see if we are the right fit to help with your project. And if we aren’t the right fit for your project, we may know another firm that would be better suited to assist you.
What if we don’t like something you design or source?
No problem, after we present the design development to you, you will have time to review and get back to us with one list of any changes you would like to see.
What if we find an item you sourced for cheaper?
This can happen, our goal is not to find our clients the “cheapest price” it’s a holistic approach to sourcing the best possible product for the design that meets all our criteria of quality, design, budget, including sourcing from our trusted vendors to ensure a smooth process.
Can we get a Consultation only with no design?
Yes, our design consultation service is a stand-alone service that can be consult only, or the kick off to a project relationship!
What if we want design only and we don’t need project management?
With our years of experience, we have found that our clients have the best experience and the project has the best outcome when we manage the project. This ensures a streamlined process, less back and forth, and more clarity in the project, which results in the project running in a timely manner. This is why we only offer Full service including project management for our projects.
